We offer an assortment of stage centri cleaners that are used for centrifugal cleaning of pulp. Centri cleaners has high separation efficiency and is flexible to be accommodated with varying capacities. All bottles are made in two or three flange connected parts to enable easy maintenance and replacement.

Separplast acting as Secondary Pulper installed after HD Cleaner eliminates the light contaminants like Plastics, Polystyrene, and Adhesive Tapes of book binders and hot melts.

We manufacture a range of Decker Thickener that is designed as per the latest technology and has a number of spiders and a perforated plate integrated with a filter wire and landing. This range of thickener drum is sturdy in construction and is extremely economical to maintain.

We offer an array of pressure screens that is perfect for final stock cleaning single cylinder and construction jobs. Pressure screens are easy to maintain and check. The continuous cleaning of the inner surface by the non- contacting air foil bass, results in a pulsating action that enhances the efficiency of cleaning. Moreover, its hydra foil bass is easily adjustable and the screen prevents plugging and effects uniform fiber dispersion. Some of the benefits of pressure screens as compared to paper machine are:

• It does an excellent job of final stock cleanup, removing, pins, scale, shives and other unwanted material from the stock
• Deflocculates fiber bundles in the stock, improving formation on the wire
• Increases production by causing fewer breaks as the stock lumps and slime sluges are eliminated
