Cylinder Mould

We offer a range of industrial cylinder moulds that is one of the primary constituents of paper or board machine. Cylinder moulds are used for controlling stick flow and pick-up on the point of contact and enables good single layer and multi layer formation and substance profile across the full web. The mould also contains C.I. Spiders with stainless steel, brass strip, phosphorus, bronze spiders with brass rods and strips and wounding stainless steel 304, 10 Gauge wire. Moreover, it is accurately balanced.

Paper Dryer System

Keeping in mind the increasing energy cost for removing the last traces of moisture by evaporation, we offer a range of paper dryer system components that are designed to offer superior drying efficiency and uniform drying control. These paper dryer systems are also available in heavy duty cast iron framing and are accurately designed condensate system, contributing to the evaporation economy. For proper and safe removal of condensate, the drying cylinder can be provided with stationary siphons or inside mounted bucket system.

Spur Gear and pinion in Cast Iron/ MS Fabrication/ polypick, teeth are geometrically evenly cut on precise Hobbing Machine for noise free operation.
MG Cylinder is designed to operate on working pressure up to 6.0 Kgs/cm².
Hydraulically tested to a pressure of I 1.0 Kgs/cm² and held for 24 hrs.
