ATS Pulper

High Density Pulper

High Density Cleaner

Separ Plast

We offer a range of separ plast that is manufactured from superior quality stainless steel with base frame and stiffeners in mild steel. The economy model of separ plast is manufactured entirely using mild steel with 55 cladding in the feed chamber. The 5.5 rotor forms a forced vortex in the separator and the centrifugal force carries outward the heavy particles into the junk trap. In order to slush paper chips and remove the entire non-fibrous material that goes out as light reject, we have designed the rotor screen that perform these functions. The material is further treated in secondary separator or Johnson Screen. The approved stock is passed through the screen, fitted behind the rotor.

Turbo Separator

Available with us is a gamut of turbo separators that is manufactured from premium quality mild steel with an option of internal ling of stainless steel. Stainless steel is used to make the rotor and screen (2-4 mm perforation). The turbo separators are an effective way of separating the heavy and light impurities and causes less of fiber loss.

The rotor forms a forced vortex into the turbo and the heavy contraries are pushed outward into the junk trap by the centrifugal force, whereas the light contraries get accumulated in the centre that passes through the light reject nozzle. The screen fitted at the back of the rotor is used to pass the accepted stock.

Vibrating Screen

We offer a gamut of vibrating screen that is used fro screening the pulp in an effective way. These vibrating screens can be used in the following ways at different places in the papermill:

As a knotter ahead of paper machine making heavier grades of wrapping papers
As a fine screen for straw pulp beaten in Hollanders
In conical refiners as s fine screen for waste paper processed in pulpers
As a knotter for heavier grades of board

Agitator Assembly

The range of agitator assembly offered by us is used for agitating pulp in chest towers and it increases the consistency to 6.5 %. We provide agitators in three different types such as C, C.I. and M.P. these agitator assemblies are used for embedding in concrete or mounting in steel housing. Agitator assembly can also be used in chemical plants as a vertical stirrer in small tanks.

Paper Pulp Pump

We fabricate a range of paper pulp pumps that are also called as type ‘PS’ Pumps that are exclusively designed for handling pulp in paper and board industries. Pressure Screen

We offer an array of pressure screens that is perfect for final stock cleaning single cylinder and construction jobs. Pressure screens are easy to maintain and check. The continuous cleaning of the inner surface by the non- contacting air foil bass, results in a pulsating action that enhances the efficiency of cleaning. Moreover, its hydra foil bass is easily adjustable and the screen prevents plugging and effects uniform fiber dispersion.

Some of the benefits of pressure screens as compared to paper machine are:

It does an excellent job of final stock cleanup, removing, pins, scale, shives and other unwanted material from the stock
